How do I order?

Orders for floral creations can be made through this website. You may always add items from the catalog section to your shopping cart, and once you are happy with your selection, click on checkout, where you will be taken to a secure payment page.

Alternatively, you may call US (404-956-9919) or email us (info@thao.us) if you wish to place a special order or inquire about one of our other services such as special events and private chef offerings.

 

Can I add specific instructions?

Yes, you may add specific instructions for your order in the text box called "Specific Instructions" of your Shopping Cart page. Do not hesitate to describe any kind of preferences and we will do our best to accommodate them.

 

How may I subscribe to a recurring service such as the "bouquet of the month"?

This is very easy, you just need to call us (404-956-9919to discuss what we have to offer.

 

What is included in the cost?

We are offering a creation service. Each and every floral creation is custom-made and original. All materials are included at cost and no sales tax will be charged.

 

What are our payment terms?

The floral creations ordered on the website are paid online. For special ordered arranged over the phone, an invoice will be issued on delivery date. The full payment of our invoices is due in 15 days after the invoice date, at the very latest. Please be aware that we will charge 1.5% interest per month on late invoice.

 

How do I get my order?

Orders must be collected at 85 Cliffside Xing, Atlanta GA 30350.

Call us at 404-956-9919 to agree on a pick up time or request.

 

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We stand behind every service we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your floral creation, you can return it at our location for a replacement or refund. Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase. It is that simple!
