What is the first step to book Thao Private Chef services for my event?

Call us (404-956-9919) or email us ( to discuss what services and menu selection would be the best fit your event and budget.  Once decided, a 50% deposit will be due to block the date on our calendar and guarantee Thảo’s availability. 


What is the menu selection? 

For a buffet or sit-down dinner, you can select from our savory and sweet menus available here. Do not hesitate to let us know if you have anything specific in mind that you would like us to create.


How much does it cost?

For a buffet, pricing is based on your menu selection and your number of guests. Our Illustrative menus give you a good example for a buffet at $40 or at $45 per guest. The minimum charge is $1,000.

For a gourmet sit-down dinner, a unique menu will be designed based on your expectations and priced accordingly. The minium charge is $800.


What if the number of guests changes or I want to modify my menu selection?

You can make changes to the menu selection or the number of guests up to 72 hours prior to the event. If this increases the total cost of our services, an additional deposit might be required. If changes occur less than 72 hours prior to the event, call us (404-956-9919) to discuss what still can be accommodated.


What is the policy in case of cancellation?

There is no cost if you cancel your order 2 weeks prior to the event. For cancellation 72 hours prior to the event, 50% of the total cost is charged. Within the 72-hour timeframe before your event, 100% of the total cost is charged.


What are our payment terms?

The full payment of our invoices is due in 15 days after the invoice date, at the very latest. Please be aware that we will charge 1.5% interest per month on late invoice.


Can you help with waiters or bartenders for my event?
